We have all heard of the “bodymind” connection, but how does it apply to giving an effective massage? Through experiential exercises demonstrations, and supervised practice we will look at and discover the ways that our thoughts and beliefs influence our bodies and how our bodies can effect our minds.  We will discuss some of the current research around this topic, and learn how to use this dynamic to work effectively with our clients.
