EXHALE:

A Breathwork Series for the season

Thursdays, November 6, 13, 20 | 6-8 pm

As the seasons shift and the year winds down, give yourself the space to breathe and reconnect.

Exhale is a transformational 3-week breathwork series designed to help you slow down, clear mental and emotional clutter, and access the energy, clarity, and joy that already lives within you.

Each 2-hour workshop includes guided breathwork sessions, intentional practices, and meaningful group connection to help you reset and realign before the holidays. You’ll leave each week feeling clearer, more energized, and more rooted in what matters most.

No experience is needed- just yourself, your breath, and a willingness to show up. All levels are welcome. Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a serious, severe, or uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. A participation waiver is required.
