Each session includes an hour in our private sauna suite with a spacious far infrared sauna, a private shower (perfect for contrast therapy), a seating area for taking breaks, robes, and luxurious Turkish towels.

After your sauna session, we invite you to cozy up with a heated neck wrap and weighted blanket while sipping locally sourced, complimentary herbal tea in our integration lounge featuring a beautiful saltwater aquarium.
