Position Overview:
As a marketing coordinator, you will execute strategic marketing initiatives that embody our core values of authentic compassionate communication, excellence, harmony, nurturing, and mindfulness.
Responsibilities:
Maintain brand tone and voice:
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Create compelling and relevant content across various platforms, including blogs, articles, videos, and social media posts.
Website Management:
Oversee the company website to ensure it reflects the brand's positioning and values.
Collaborate as a team to optimize user experience, functionality, and conversion rates.
Regularly update website content to keep it fresh and engaging.
Email Marketing:
Create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive client engagement.
Optimize email content, subject lines, and layouts to maximize open rates and click-through rates.
Graphic Design + Photo/Video:
Create visually compelling graphics, imagery, and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
Work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency and enhance visual appeal in all marketing collateral.
Social Media:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and foster a strong online community.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and optimize content for better engagement.
Reporting and Analytics:
Present data-driven insights and analytics of campaigns in terms of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, reach, engagement, and ROI.
Additional cross training in front desk role in order to fully understand our offerings and operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation + Benefits:
Salary Range: 45-52k annually
12 paid personal/sick days per year
1.5% of salary added to a spa gift certificate each pay period for use towards spa retail, services, classes and workshops
