About Your Instructor:

Sofia Costanzo is a multi-hyphenate artist studying Drama at NYU Tisch. With over 17 years of dance experience, she specializes in Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, and Contact improv styles.

She has spent the past five years teaching dance to students of all ages and skill levels, fostering both technique and creativity. She is also a certified yoga teacher, bringing mindfulness and movement into all aspects of her artistic practice.
