We are currently hiring for a Front Desk/Float Specialist position for the following hours:
Saturday 3:00 pm - Close (9:00/9:30 pm)
Sunday 4:00 pm - Close (9:00/9:30 pm)
Monday 1:45 pm - Close (7:00/7:30 pm)
**Candidates with flexible availability to cover additional shifts for the month of August will be prioritized**

Preferred Experience:
one+ year(s) in customer service (spa/wellness environment a plus!)

must be able to lift 50 lbs
must have an appreciation for floating and massage
A plus: experience floating and a love for cleaning
Responsibilities
We provide a safe space for deep and transformational experiences. The front desk staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients feel welcome and taken care of. Our core values permeate everything we do from answering the phone, taking bookings and payments, conducting tours of the spa, orienting clients to the float tank, preparing herbal tea for clients as well as cleaning and organizing. Because we are a small family owned business there will be opportunities to take on special projects based on your experience and interests (we all wear multiple hats!) We also have regular staff meetings and gatherings where we connect with one another and work on growing the business in a mindful way.
We have in house laundry, four float tanks, a far infrared sauna, two workshop spaces and five massage rooms. The front desk staff work as a team to ensure the spa is clean and running smoothly.
Compensation and benefits:
Minimum pay $20.10 per hr
