In this course you will be introduced to the fundamental elements of Esalen Massage as well as its history and primary influences. The class will consist of exercises to build the group field, demonstrations and supervised practice. This class is appropriate for beginners or experienced massage therapists wanting to increase their repertoire. Held at the beautiful OM Sanctuary in Asheville, this retreat style course includes locally sourced organic meals and access to the sanctuary's 54 acre campus.
